In 2016, New Dimensionz was requested to partner with EY in a Solution Assurance review of the largest projects in an AUD$800 million transformation program.
Given our subject matter expertise in planning, scheduling, and day of operations for freight companies, we were asked to provide a review of a key initiative.
This review led to a number of important recommendations, which were adopted by the client, and have had a crucial role in the continued success of the overall transformation program.
